Sourness is on the higher end of the spectrum. It was easy to drink without a burning sensation in the throat. I think it was not too sweet.

This plum wine is made from fully ripened plums. It is clear and colorless, light but sweet. It is light and easy to drink. I thought it would be thinner if I mixed it with carbonated water, but it's totally fine.
