"Let's make Onomichi's local sake, Ushio no Hibiki, more recognized and drunk. This is a product with the meaning of "Where there is a party, there must be Shio no Hibiki".
It seems that the Shimanami Jizake Kai and Yamaoka Shuzo collaborated to make it.
The impression I got from drinking it was that it had a wonderful aroma after going down the throat, and that it was a sake with plenty of spiciness.
