Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake. This bottle was recommended to me by a shopkeeper when I stopped by the brewery. As a lover of dry sake, I thought it might be a little too dry for my taste, but of course it was not.
It is called "white grape" and has a characteristic grape flavor in the aftertaste. It is more like "grape sourness" than grape flavor. Anyway, rather than the sweetness of rice, you can feel the fruity flavor, the sweetness of eating grapes and a little bit of sourness, which is what you get when you eat grapes. The illustration on the package is also interesting and different from the usual sake.
