Incidentally, when this sake was first opened, the lady at the store and a regular customer both looked at each other and exclaimed how good it was. However, this day was about two weeks after the opening of the bottle. I wonder how it is now?

The aroma has a slight taste of rice.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a firm umami bitterness and sweet acidity at the back of it. In the latter half, the umami is more pronounced.
It is delicious with a strong umami. However, the lady said that it tasted even better when the bottle was first opened. Too bad!
It tastes better at a cooler temperature (15℃) than at a snow-cooler temperature (5℃).
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would compare him to Tatsuo Kusakabe from "My Neighbor Totoro. He is the father of Satsuki and Mei. He is a kind father, but he has a strong belief in his heart.
