When I looked it up  The sake brewer who produces "Ding  You're right, there might be some similarities!  It's more like  I think it's more like a sake from Shinshu, Nagano  of Shinshu in Nagano Prefecture.  It's the same with Ding.  Every time I drink more and more  It is delicious Nagano sake.
