It is rather dry sake.
It tastes sweet from the rice, but it has a rather light flavor.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, so it is recommended for those who like a good aroma.
Daiginjo that takes the high road
A slightly sweet, gorgeous, fruity scent like a pear
The taste is a little less sweet than the Hana Yuu of the same brewery, but rather clear and gentle, just the right amount for my taste.
It's simply a very tasty drink.
reverse side
One time in a bottle
In October, we compare sake and a special bottle of Yukigetsuka.
The flavor is stronger and mellower than the front. Seriously delicious.
I thought it was so good on the front, but this is fantastic.
When it's warmed up, the front side of the bottle has a great flavor and mildness, and is super tasty.
On the other side, it's a little spicy and smooth. It's better when it's lukewarm. Of course it's delicious, but the front side is better balanced.
It has a mellow and lactic atmosphere. Speaking of Ryoseki, Hanamura is the most popular one, but this one is calmer and a bit more mature.
I think it's better when it's open for a couple of days.
It is good lukewarm.
Oh, man, I miss the 14th generation.
