シベハスI was curious about it when I saw it in the sake section of Biclo in Shinjuku, and did not hesitate to buy it when I saw a cup of sake at Yoshiike. It is written "shinzen" and reads "mizen.
I drank it not as it was in the cup, but properly transferred it to a glass (Riedel's O).
The first sip was sweet. And the aftertaste is also sweet. It leaves a kind of sticky sweetness.
I didn't feel any complexity, such as a sense of refreshment or acidity, and personally, I don't think I would repeat the experience. I think I will get bored with the rather monotonous taste...
I am drinking Himenoi's Ishoni at the same time, but I can feel more sourness, riceiness, and thickness in Himenoi's Himenoi which is made from glutinous rice.
However, that is not to say that it is not tasty. I think it would be a good introduction for those who shy away from sake. Recommended for those who like sweetness. 餃子バクバクさんI thought it would be light when I saw the etiquettes, but I was surprised to find it quite fruity 🙊 This is delicious!
This is delicious!
I heard it is read as "mizen".
The balance of the robust flavor is beautifully balanced by the soft acidity and sweetness that surrounds it.
This is the best sake for a meal 🍶.
It was delicious and cost-effective. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
