boukenUijin. The Furuhashi Sake Brewery was a completely newcomer to Hankyu. It was almost the first time for him to attend an event. He had only participated in an event at Shimonoseki Daimaru in the past. We drank Junmai Ginjo The rice is Sakonishiki. Polishing ratio 50%. I thought it was fruity and sweeter than the others I drank this time. Junmai Daiginjo The rice is Yamada-Nishiki with a 35% polishing ratio. It was about 3,600 yen for a 4-goupe bottle, but considering the polish, I thought it was relatively inexpensive because it was Yamada-Nishiki. It is gorgeous, but gives a more subdued impression than Junmai Ginjo. Junmai Dry Harazake Junmai dry sake with 19 degrees Celsius. I think it was +15 sake. It tastes dry and you don't feel the high alcohol content. The person at the department store said it was his personal recommendation. Personal recommendation of a person at a department store. Junmai Shiboritate This is one of the few sake breweries that make a pure sake. Not very sweet, but the acidity is impressive. The overall impression is that the quality of the sake is not like San'in sake, but it is a little spicy. I met up with Neemuchi at the Ogimachi Park event after this and visited with him again on the way home, and the brewery owner was there!
