Happy New Year!
The year-end and New Year's holidays are kind of a flurry of activity (・ω・ω・・・).
The first one at the beginning of the year (I drank it last year...) was made exclusively for glasses, and I heard that it was made by all the brewers who all wear glasses.
I am naked eye though(*॑॑*).
The taste is what we call sweet and sour, with the sourness of Kouji apple slightly weakened to give it a nice sweetness and umami.
It's a good after-dinner drink because it's complete on its own.
