I went to Ebisu to buy some spring sake as the fridge was getting lonely and the cherry blossoms will be declared to be in bloom soon in Tokyo.
Setoichi was introduced by a certain sake YouTuber as a recommended sake brewery when he was guiding a tour of a sake store somewhere in Kanagawa Prefecture ❗️
The way they name their sake is unique, the one I drank today is "Piihyara", but others are "Tsuki ga kirei desu desu desu", "Isa", "Oto mo naku", "Kakukakajika", etc. I don't know what the criteria are, but I am tempted to buy it 😍.
Well, I'm not a sake brewer, so my impression is more important than anything else, but yes, it's a matured junmai ginjo, and the website says it's a light and airy sake that reminds me of a festival night.
The website says it's a youthful, lively sake with a light aroma and rich flavor reminiscent of a festive night 😳.
I can't believe my tongue 👅😥.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON... the year of manufacture is May 2022, so it seems possible that the taste has changed 😅.
I have had Kakupi 😆👍

Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌇.
The shipment was in December 2022, but I wonder if the taste has changed over the summer 😥.
Unlike Mr. Manachie, who likes mature women, I want to drink the fresh ones 🤭.

Hello 3KAN4ON!
I vote for Mr. Manachy here.
Is 0209 the month and date of shipment? I'm not sure.
I guess it was brewed in the winter of the year before last, bottled in May last year, and then stored in bottles and shipped on Feb. 9.... You have a sharp sense of taste!

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌇.
There was a sticker on the bottle that said December 2022, so I assumed that's what it was, but I guess that's just a ploy by the store 😂.
Well, it's called "Festival Night" so I guess it's a summer sake.
