It is a northwest sake that is neither bunraku nor sairai!
The aroma is tropical fruit like ripe banana. In short, my favorite type😍.
Slightly effervescent. This type of aroma tends to be lighter on the palate than the aroma, but this sake has a firm sweetness that matches the aroma.
The sake is chubby, perhaps because it is made from Omachi rice, but it has a supple strength to it. It also has a nice crispness at the end, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
The finish of this sake is different from that of "Shiki," and it is characterized by its sharpness. I prefer it to Sairai and Bunraku. ☺️
If the bitterness is noticeable, it would be better to cool it down well.
