Authentic taste. Aged aroma, slightly astringent. It really comes into its own when paired with Hachinohe's famous squid cheese "Nakayoshi" 🦑🧀. The squid and cheese make a great combination. The crunchiness of the salmon skin chips from Hokkaido is also good. The spiciness is also good with the flavor.
