Sannomaru Junmai-Shu, Spring, Unfiltered Nama-Shu.
I was curious about the kanji (Chinese characters) label, which I had never seen before, and when I picked it up, I saw that it was a limited edition.
I knew I had to buy it.
I will drink it cold.
It has a floral aroma, but is it pear-like? 🤔
The palate has a refreshing sweetness and juicy umami.
If it's too refreshing, it's not enough, but this one has a nice juicy flavor.
The aroma is like a flowery aroma, with a unique aroma that is released suddenly, and the fullness of the aroma is hidden for a moment, accentuating the flavor.
There is a slight bitterness, and the aftertaste is juicy, robust, and spicy, with little lingering aftertaste.
It may be more dry, but when it is cold, it does not bother me too much.
The first sip made me think, "Yes, it's good! and when I tasted it slowly, the way the flavor spread was interesting and left a great impression on me.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
