Loot from the Takashimaya Sake Festival There was also a fire-brewed version, but I bought the 3㌥ here because they said you had to be in the brewery to buy the draft. It has a ricey, schwarziness and a strong alu feeling at the end. Might be the first time I bought and drank doburoku 🤔.

The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival⑬. Last stop after the frozen raw sake! I forgot to post this 💦. They seem to specialize in doburoku! I drank Genryu Doburoku Kamidai, fire-brewed It has a rice flavor and is not so sweet. Genryu Doburoku Kamidai Nama It has a strong and powerful taste. I bought 3㌥ of the raw because they said it was only available locally😊. There were other breweries I was interested in, but I left because I was about to go on a spending spree😅.

Osaka Takashimaya] The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival㉒. Kamidai] booth. Hirupeko-san drank at this booth before. A doburoku brewery that has turned around from being out of business to restarting brewing in a closed elementary school under the doburoku special zone program. ◉Genryu Doburoku Kamidai (fire-roasted) It has a creamy aroma, a strong rice flavor, and a slightly dry aftertaste. Genryu Doburoku Jodai (fresh) The rice flavor is very strong and has a strong alcohol taste. The new president was a very cute 27 year old.

GW San-in Trip 5 Doburoku Uedaishiroku On the third day, we went to Daisen once more. On the way there, we went to a supermarket near the Hoki Town Hall, We found the doburoku we were looking for 💡. It seems that Hoki-cho is also a special zone for doburoku. I was curious about it. The aroma is a refreshing citrusy sourness mixed with a hint of koji (malted rice). It is served cold. The rice is smooth and the rice is soft and can be lightly crushed with the tongue. The juicy sweet and sour taste like mandarin oranges is mellowly enveloped by the rice, and combined with the fresh bitterness that tingles on the tongue, it is a sweet and refreshing sake. The 50% polished rice also makes it so easy to drink and delicious that it gives the illusion of being a juicy amazake! The young 20-something president and toji are very talented 💪. Daisen is a walk in front of the Daisenji Temple gate. The view of Mt. Daisen from in front of the National Park Center at the entrance is overwhelming! It's like being in the Alps. 🏔️ I went up the stone-paved approach to the temple and visited Daisenji Temple and Okumiya Shrine on my walk to the gate from there.
