Rigel
A bottle given to me by takeshon. It's a Kumamoto yeast hiyaoroshi.
It has a sparkling image, and it is also present in hiyaoroshi. The aroma of mature sake and the lively citrus flavor are well balanced.
Hiyaoroshi + fleetingly fading aftertaste, so it is excellent for eating 🤗.
