I thought it would be for souvenirs, but it tastes surprisingly modern.
But the picture posted on the internet shows a processor and a label, so it looks like it's a commissioned brew. I wonder where it is made 🤔.
I've looked at the official website and the specs seem to be the same as the special Honjozo Fukaya Jizake. koge2The original brand name was "Shirakiku", which was derived from "white" for the purity of sake and "chrysanthemum" for the aroma of sake, but when the trademark was registered in the Showa period, "Shirakiku" was registered in the Kansai region, and they added a character "Higashi" for sake brewers in the East and named it "Higashi Shirakiku".
It is sweet and spicy! Very mellow, rich, and deep flavor, truly Fukaya. It has a slightly peculiar taste. The top aroma is of ripe pineapple. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
