Last combination. I thought it would be W and Z in the alphabet, but I tried a brand I didn't know! I regretted that I should have chosen Gobashi's Z. It tasted quite strong! I didn't like it a bit 🤏. The other one was my favorite, so I compared them! I guess that's what you can do with all-you-can-drink! Knowledge Alcohol content: 16-17%. Rice / Sasanishiki Rice polishing ratio/60 Sake degree/+11 Acidity/2.1 Amino acidity/0.8

I was told by the owner that it was a peculiar sake with a distinct taste, and that it would be interesting! I thought it sounded interesting and bought it. This sake is made from edible rice, Sasanishiki. It has a mature aroma. It has a mild mouthfeel with sourness and bitterness. When cold, the bitterness is strong and peculiar. When the temperature is raised a little, it becomes mellow. Basically, the bitterness is strong. Many people may not like it.
