At the same Sakenote booth, we shared a little bit at a time with Mr. Bouken as we toured the booth.
"Mmmmmm... Fluffy. Bibibibibi. A small 100 koku class brewery located on Shodoshima Island in Kagawa Prefecture, with a variety of unique brands such as "Fufufu," "Fluffy," and "Bibi," among others.
The brewery is located in Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture.
A refreshing sake with a tight acidity. Olive yeast is used.
This was also an expensive sake, costing 4,000 yen, but I didn't like it much.
