I purchased this limited edition from Kangiku, described as a sake that expresses the full flavor of Yamadanishiki and the sharpness of Akaban Omachi. The naming also evokes a warm feeling of wanting to support all people. It has a richness that is typical of nama sake, but the aftertaste is clean. The refined sweetness and sharpness combined with a good balance of richness and delicate acidity. This is the quintessential Kangiku brewery! Delicious 😋.
