Brewing sake with sake. Thick and rich kijozo-shu. On top of that, it is No yeast, no yeast added! Such a time-consuming process, but... Freshly squeezed raw ❓❗️ It's beyond my comprehension. But it tastes like a regular brewery's. I'm relieved to have it!
