Takatsugu
Here is the third snowman of the year. This is the first time we will have a snowman of Izumibashi and a big snow nigori.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a pleasant sound. Bubbles are coming from the bottom of the bottle. It is a strange sensation as if powdered snow is rising from the bottom of the bottle.
The taste is a mixture of sweetness and acidity with a hint of lactic acidity. A seasonal sake perfect for toasting winter dishes.
I wish I could taste it on a snowy day next year. Delicious: ‼️
