I've taken a bit of a break from posting this evening, but I've had a little thankful sake from a brewery I haven't had in a while 🍶💁.
Ise no Kuni Dedication Hakusake Oise-san 2024BY⛩️🙏
It is said to be a sacred sake dedicated to the god of Ise by Mimuro Sugi/Imanishi's brewery 🍶.
It's a sacred sake, but it's a nigorami/nagori sake, which is very fashionable 😎.
When I opened the bottle and poured it into the sake cup, there was a gas that made it sound delicious at this point 😋.
The aroma is like Yamadanishiki? It has a melon and greenish herbal taste. The mouthfeel is tingling and moderately gassy, and the sweet and sour flavor of the rice and lactic acidity spreads out in a jolt 😋😋😋😋.
It has a sharp aftertaste and I can't stop drinking 😆.
It's been a while since I've had a sake from Imanishi Shuzo, but they exceeded my expectations 😊.
