As already posted by Tsubu-chan and others who attended the Tochigi Kenmin Kai, here is a gift 🍶 from Tsubu-chan's husband!
It was a rare sake, and we were grateful for it 🤩.
It has a fresh fruity aroma and a honey-like sweetness...
The sourness spread slowly, but I felt the taste was mellow and soft 😌Thank you!
Malo...malolactic fermentation? I had never heard of it before 🤔.

I've never heard of malolactic fermentation 🧐...it's the main fermentation process used in the wine making process 🤔.
