This is the first sake from Tochigi that I have had. It has a sweet taste and is mild and easy to drink. It tastes light and refreshing without any peculiarities.

Many will say this 日本酒 is terrible but it has a strong memory for me. I was here in Japan in 1990 and THIS sake was all I could afford.
Drink to enjoy... not to impress... 🍶
