This sake is said to be a freshly stored sake, but it does not taste raw at all.
It has a slightly sweet, snack-like familiarity that is very enjoyable.
The taste is well worth the price.
The entrée is nattou, which was sold at a low price.
I decided to make masala nattou, which is a mixture of garam masala and a small amount of tongarashi, because it's boring as usual.
This goes well with alcohol!
