Tonight we will be drinking #Sei wa Mangetsu by Tsuji Zenbei Shoten, Moka City, Tochigi Prefecture.
This sake is a blend of daiginjo, junmai ginjo, and junmai sake.
At room temperature, the aroma is soft with dried fruit notes reminiscent of prunes. The mouthfeel is slightly thickened and flows down the throat nicely.
So it was easy to drink and delicious when drunk on the rocks.
When warmed to lukewarm, it transforms into a man's dry sake.
It's only about 1,200 yen, so it's a great cosmetic value!
