Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. This sake was made in Hyogo Prefecture in a limited edition of 1500 bottles. Each label has a handwritten number on it. The numbers are filled with various thoughts and feelings, and we could feel the many thoughts that were put into Yamada Nishiki.
