ねむちNext, I rummaged through and ordered some room temperature sake, which was lined up behind where I was sitting.
Sato Sake Brewery, Oita Prefecture
◉Kusumi Senbazuru, Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu with a fresh yeast yeast base)
This one was served at room temperature for a bit and then heated.
The description said it was like a grandfather's sake 🤣.
It is a strong traditional sake with lactic acidity and a dry, refreshing finish.
When heated up, the spiciness and peculiarities of the sake mellowed out.
We ordered an assortment of side dishes. The Korinky Namul, a kind of pumpkin that can be eaten raw, was my first experience with it and was delicious. はかたサバスキーIt is an ogoragami from Andante, a new brand of Oita Prefecture's Sato Sake Brewery.
The aroma of the unrefined sake is pleasantly sweet, and the taste of the rice is very pleasant.
The sweetness is just right, and you can taste the rice as you sip.
Oh, it's delicious.
Thank you very much for the sake. はかたサバスキーThis is the first check-in in Oita Prefecture.
It is brewed with soft water from the southern foot of the Kusumi Mountain Range.
The top aroma is very fruity. It has a nice aroma of melon, banana, and mixed fruit nectar.
Take a sip with high expectations.
The mellow, sweet flavor spreads.
The slight bitterness at the end tightens the overall flavor.
It was quite a rewarding and delicious sake.
Thank you very much. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Hakata Sabaski 😃.
Congratulations on your first Oita sake ㊗️ 🎉I've never seen this brand before 😅I thought it looks doshy, but it's a bitter finish from fruity sweet deliciousness 😋. はかたサバスキーGood morning, Jay & Nobby! Thank you for your continued support.
This brewery is small and doesn't ship many out of the prefecture.
I also purchased a bottle of the ogara-mi shuwashu type and am looking forward to opening it! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
