This is the first check-in in Oita Prefecture.
It is brewed with soft water from the southern foot of the Kusumi Mountain Range.
The top aroma is very fruity. It has a nice aroma of melon, banana, and mixed fruit nectar.
Take a sip with high expectations.
The mellow, sweet flavor spreads.
The slight bitterness at the end tightens the overall flavor.
It was quite a rewarding and delicious sake.

Congratulations on your first Oita sake ㊗️ 🎉I've never seen this brand before 😅I thought it looks doshy, but it's a bitter finish from fruity sweet deliciousness 😋.
