MAJ told me about this kind of sake and challenged me to try it 😆.
It is an experimental sake made by Rika, the toji (second daughter of the president) of Ichinomiya Sake Brewery and only one bottle is made each season🙆.
Well, we'll see how it goes 😋.
I chilled it in the fridge as usual and put it in my mouth,
Oh no 😞 not my favorite 😂.
I was a little disappointed and was looking at the label wondering what to do...
The recommended way to drink it is "room temperature" 😲.
Seriously? Room temperature is the only recommended way to drink it? I'll take that as a yes 😲.
I'll try it at "hiya" which I usually don't try...
Noooooooo...! What the heck is this?
In conclusion, it was delicious😍😍!
Medium-bodied, more than a moderate classic.
It would be good with soba noodles rather than strong flavored dishes 😋 or tenzaru!
It's more mellow after a while 😋😲.
And it goes really well with Camembert cheese.
I've never tasted hiya sake this good 😍
And the temperature makes such a difference in the taste of the sake! Amazing 😂.
In a way, an experiment for Rika 😆😆 lol
Thanks MAJ for letting me know: ❣️

Rika-san Good evening. I think this sake is just for you! I hope they experiment with heating sake as well, I imagine MAJ-san is all about cold sake.

Nochi-san 😆 Different kanji but the same name Rika, made me want to continue to support Rika 😍great experience 😆 I'm basically a cold sake lover too, but in this cold season, maybe I'll try to experiment with heated sake 😆😆😆.

Hi Rika 😃
Rika-sensei's heated sake 🍶 experiment! A science class like this would be very popular 😆 Turn the beaker into a Tokugaru and the alcohol lamp into a Nonbei Yokocho! Sounds fun 😋.

Jay & Nobby 😆 haha 🤣heated sake experiment using science lab equipment sounds like fun 😆 I'll get a thermometer and change the temperature setting in detail...no, it's probably better to drink sake without using my brain than to get too involved in the experiment 🤣.
