I attended ZERO meets SAKE at a hotel in Osaka. There was a mini-lecture by the brewer, Konishi Shuzo from Hyogo Prefecture, and we were able to enjoy sakes that go well with Western course meals. Among the various sakes we drank, I would like to upload a comparison of Hiyoroshi sake. The sake was delicious, but it was all at room temperature, so it would have been better if it had been a little cooler. I later drank a chilled Junmai Daiginjo, which was very tasty with more acidity and freshness than the room temperature.
