ニ五郎(ニゴロウ)
I looked for non-alcoholic "Ufufu no moto" at a Terada Honke store, but unfortunately they said they did not carry it. I thought I would just buy Terada Honke's iron plate "Musuhi" and go home, but then I found Terada Honke's non-alcoholic (amazake), so I immediately got it. When I drank a fermented amazake from another company, my mind was filled with the sorrow of not being able to drink it because it was too sour...but I was surprised to find that the amazake from Terada Honke was the same. The mild sweetness derived from rice is honestly delicious! The slight sourness that accompanies the sweetness is a perfect balance. I'm sure I'll be back to try it again to support my intestinal activities. I would like to try Daigo no Shizuku.
