Visit Ishikawa Sake Brewery in Fussa City, Tokyo!
A sake brewery that makes sake and beer.
The "Umeshu" (plum wine) we were given as a tasting during the brewery tour was delicious and not too sweet, so we bought it as a souvenir 😊.
The beer, salted lemon koji sour, and sake were all delicious!
