Tonight we will be serving #Wakakura BLACK Jungin by #Takasago Sake Brewery in Asahikawa, Hokkaido with yellowtail sashimi and fried eggplant with minced meat.
The aroma is mild, but when you put it in your mouth, it bursts with cocoa and bitter chocolate. It is a new type of dry sake with a crisp finish.
I hope the young brewer will do well with this new brand 😊.
