Slightly yellowish and thick in appearance, with a gassy feel when opened.
While the sweetness and umami spread slowly in the mouth, there is a hint of bitterness and acidity in the aftertaste (but it is still a delicious sake).
Even on the second day, there is still some gasiness, and the sweetness seems to settle down a bit. This is also delicious because the bitterness is enhanced by the sweetness!
