Delicious. At Yama no Kai, Kachan. It is a little less sweet than "Hozu Hozu", but it is like a wine. It does not have a sake-like taste.

It is truly a white wine. The aroma was that of good old sake, so I thought it might have a strong alcoholic taste, but it had a refreshingly sour fruitiness. It does not have strong fruitiness like grapefruit or pineapple, but it has a supple pear-like appearance. At the Tokyo branch of a famous gyoza restaurant in Kyoto. Even though it is in Kyoto, it is sake from a gyoza restaurant, and I was right to ask for it, shrugging off the skeptical comments of my husband, who is a down-to-earth person 😆.
