It's been a long time since I've tasted Ho-no-Mai, but I don't remember much of the taste since I was drinking quite a lot of sake at that time 😓.
Ho-no-Mai has an image of sweet and tasty, but I think it was refreshing...
I do remember that it was delicious though ❗

I didn't notice it at my favorite liquor store because they carry it here and there, but you certainly won't find it at many other liquor stores ❗If you do see it, please give it a try 😉.
