ねむちDa Kei, which I was able to speak with the brewer and taste at the National Sake Fair.
I drank it last, so I drank it because it was good but I couldn't remember the taste at all.
This sake is made by Kurumata Shuzo, the brewer of Tengumai.

Minerality, citrus acidity and a hint of sweetness. A refreshing aftertaste.
It was still delicious. boukenMoved from Nishinomiya to KITTE.
The server had a brand I'd never had before, so I bought some coins and decided to drink it.

This sake was co-brewed with Kurumata Brewery of Tengu Mai after the Noto earthquake that completely destroyed the brewery.
A little sweet and sour.
This is my favorite type of sake among the ones I drank at KITTE this time. WOMThere are two more reports from the Sake Rice Study Group. A local sake rice, Hyakumangoku No Shiro, and also a limited-edition raw sake in support of a brewery in Suzu, where there was an earthquake.
