The server had a brand I'd never had before, so I bought some coins and decided to drink it.
First time drinking Dakei!
This sake was co-brewed with Kurumata Brewery of Tengu Mai after the Noto earthquake that completely destroyed the brewery.
A little sweet and sour.
This is my favorite type of sake among the ones I drank at KITTE this time.
