うち田純米吟醸酒
くま吉
Marushu Fresh Fish Store near Yoshizuka Station
Brand name I've never seen before
Upon closer inspection, I was surprised to see that it was made by Morinokura, a company that makes my favorite sake!
It seems to be a Kumamoto-only sake made with Kumamoto sake rice, which explains why you don't see it around!
Drink it cold
Mild ginjo aroma.
The taste in the mouth is very rich and wildly delicious, as if it were unfiltered!
The umami lingers in the mouth for a little while, and then you feel a little bit of a weak dryness.
It goes very well with the strong flavor of the saketaki.
It seems to have a very wide range of possibilities, as it goes well with tofu and sashimi.
