FUJIYAMA
Today, Genmai's Sake Sengano brewed a special junmai sake called "Kurakoshiro," brewed with hitogoshi grown with organic farming methods in the Kiyono district of Matsudai: ❗️ The endorsement recommends lukewarm, chilled, or room temperature, but we started with it chilled in the refrigerator. The aroma is faintly fresh and sweet❗️As I take a sip, an astringent taste comes to the tip of my tongue❗️I feel that this temperature is not good for me. I warmed it in the microwave at 40 degrees. The aroma is warm with a hint of sweetness❗️After a sip, there is a tingling sensation after the warmth on the tip of the tongue❗️And a sharp bitterness❗️This is more interesting❗️Interesting sake as a warmed sake⭕️
