Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶.
When I come to an event, people and sake fill the large venue, so I think it's important to have a label that catches people's attention. This beautiful label caught my attention as it came into view🤗.
It's a sake jointly developed by a sake brewery and local university students 🤔.
Not too sweet, not too sour🙄.
It has a mellow and mild taste.
It is a sake that would go well with various dishes 🍶.

Yes, ❗️ and all the booths are Niigata's breweries...it's overwhelming 😳I was reminded once again that Niigata is a fierce battleground to be able to fill so many venues in one prefecture 🤗.
