Nada is a sake from Nishinomiya. Recently, it is said that its handling is quite limited even in Nishinomiya. It is rich and sweet. It also has a slightly plum-like dark sourness. A refreshing bitterness and spiciness remain in the aftertaste. It is a sake that has both sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. At the Nada Gogo sake brewery. Aiming for a complete Nada sake mastery. It was raining heavily when we got off at the nearest station, Mikage Station. We went outside just as the rain started to lighten, but the rain came back and we arrived soaking wet.
