This sake is brewed by combining two types of Akita Yukikuni yeast, UT-1 and UT-2, with Akita-style Ikatashibari.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a combination of apple and banana notes. The smell of alcohol is also a little strong.
The taste has a fruity, fresh sweetness and a bit of acidity. It's a bit sweet, but the acidity and body are strong, and it has a rich, sweet and sour taste that is a proper sake.
