I purchased this sake directly from the brewery, which I was looking forward to.
I was lucky to get it because it was limited to 600 bottles!
I was also convinced by the story about their commitment to using locally grown edible rice instead of sake rice.
It has a sweet, slightly sparkling taste with a lot of ori.
It was more alcoholic than the one I was allowed to taste.
I think I'm going to get drunk...
