Yuyu Chishu was created by Saga University. It is brewed with yeast from the tideland of the Ariake Sea. The flavor that follows afterwards is amazing. It's the best sake I've had recently.
Saga Prefecture Yuyu Chisai Junmai Ginjo Origarami Nama
This is the second Yuyu Chisai Origarami Nama this year. It's a collaboration between Kiyama Shoten and Saga University, and they use malic acid developed by Saga University's Faculty of Agriculture. It has a sweet and sour taste like an apple, and it's really delicious. I think you can find it at Saga University Co-op, so please buy it.
