Local sake bought at a local liquor store. The store's mother endorsed the sake, saying it was delicious.
I immediately tried it and found it to be softly sweet and moderately acidic, yet with a gentle gassy taste on the tip of the tongue, somewhere between classic and modern, and it was easy to drink.
