I was attracted by the words "fujigaru overflowing umami" on the label, so I bought a bottle.
I opened the bottle in a drunken stupor, so I couldn't taste the details, but it tasted delicious! It is delicious! I remember it as "delicious".

The liquor store tagged it as a limited edition sake, but it is unclear what kind of limited edition it is.
The heady aroma is citrusy, anticipating the sourness of the first shot.
The mouthfeel is clear and dry, with a sizzling acidity. See? Sourness and bitterness that lingers after a slight sweetness flashes in the mid-palate. The aftertaste is long!

I opened it around the time of Jay & Nobby's post and let it sit for 3-4 days to see how it goes, but the flavor hardly opened up.
