Aged sake🍶 made in 1991 Aged sake has been on the rise in Japan over the past 20-30 years, although newer sake such as hatsukatsuo and shinshu were preferred in Japan and aged sake was avoided. The color is a little yellowish and the taste is mellower. Although it lacks freshness, it is easy to drink.
