The sixth cup at Eiraku Shokudo was "Idamashi," the restaurant's private brand. Idamashi" means "wasteful" in Japanese. It has a slightly burnt taste. It is the type that can be eaten as much as you like. Pair it with fried squid liver with miso sauce (🦑).
